Along with strategy, tracking is one of the first things we focus on in a new project. The tracking is the basis of all our work – in order to analyze and optimize, we have to measure the right things. Never heard of Google Analytics? You're not alone. We help you from the ground up - we install and implement measurement tools and identify goals that we then strive to reach, and evaluate our work on.

The art of measuring the right things

By testing different channels and target groups, we can evaluate and give recommendations on which channels you should focus on. Some of our clients have a target audience that has a higher probability of making a purchase after seeing an ad on Facebook, while other businesses get the most profitable traffic from search engine advertising.

We do an analysis of what type of tracking is in place today and then make a recommendation on what we think should be there.

Access

We get access to accounts that are already set up, alternatively we help you set up new accounts. It is important that you as a client own your accounts and your data.

Implementation

We implement the tracking we have agreed should exist. It can be anything from GA4 to Meta pixel or Google tag manager.

Testing

When we have set up all the tracking, we test extensively so that everything works as it should and that the goals that have been set can be measured correctly.

We can also set up reports or report views, alternatively dashboards, where you can follow performance and results on a daily basis.

Questions and answers

We are very flexible in the different types of contracts and invoicing. You can start with a fixed-price project and move to a subscription plan later, add some ad-hoc hours to your subscription or fixed price project if needed, etc.

The important thing to know is we don’t try to lock our clients into long-term contracts, and we always validate hours and costs with you beforehand.

We do work with a great variety of companies, from international leaders in their industry across 10+ countries to start-ups in Sweden and Europe. However, we consider it difficult for us to be cost effective below 10 hour projects or monthly subscriptions.

We are experts in Nordic markets and help a lot of international brands settling in Scandinavia, but we are working in all of Europe and the US.

We speak 6 languages internally, and have clients from all over Europe and the US.

We apply a 90 day cancellation notice policy, so you can end your subscription any time, with a bit of planning to allow us to reorganize our team. More importantly we do not try to keep any client hostage of a service, as some other agencies do.

You own your web and marketing assets, and we are fully transparent so you can take over with no blocker if you want to internalize any marketing services (as you will not find a better agency anyway).

We’re happy to offer you a 1-hour consultation call to review your situation and needs, and then build a tailored offer. Then we will adapt over time to make sure we spend your budget in the most efficient way.

If you need a more detailed evaluation of your web or marketing assets or your specific market before your make strategic decisions, we can start with a fixed price audit and strategy that will detail recommendations and options before we define a long-term scope of work.

One of our mottos is to adapt to the client’s needs. We regularly suggest changes in our focus areas, to always spend your budget in the most impactful way.

You can adjust your subscription level up or down (with a small notice period) following your company and the market evolution.

That is one strong specificity of Digital Dominance: every single team member is a seasoned digital marketing expert, we don’t recruit newbies and interns, and don’t use sub-contractors (except for specific projects like content writing to save you costs).

Your account manager at DD will most likely be the person who works directly on your marketing assets, and they will bring in other senior-level consultants based on their specialty when needed.

No empty automated report, no white-labelling, no intern filling up meaningless pre-made templates.

We are used to working with sensitive data in the finance or health industry, and we have developed strong processes to protect our data. We sign a non-disclosure agreement as part of our main contract, and we can also bring further guarantees for specific cases.

In the unlikely event you decide to leave us, we will accompany you in the smoothest possible transition to your new marketing plans. At Digital Dominance, our main source of new clients is recommendations from current and former clients.

For this reason, we will always favor durable relationships to short-term benefits. Besides, you will own all your web and marketing assets, we will never try to lock you into a platform or account we own.
