A survey is carried out in which they map how satisfied marketing buyers are with their agencies. Its a comprehensive survey which is also followed up with an interview where questions are asked about various areas of the collaboration.
The survey has been carried out for over 20 years and many agencies participate all over Sweden. An award is then given out at a gala in Stockholm where the top 3 are celebrated.
